Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We do not enforce one fixed MOQ across all products. Order quantities are discussed per project, and pricing depends on the quantity requested.
Can I visit your factory or partner production sites?
We welcome qualified buyers to discuss a visit. Please raise this in your enquiry so we can coordinate details with the relevant production site.
What is the typical lead time?
Lead time depends on stock availability and quantity. Where material is in stock, lead time is typically shorter; custom quantities or dimensions generally require a longer production cycle.
Can panels or felt be cut or shaped for my application?
Yes. Vacuum insulation panels can be trimmed on site with a standard utility knife, and flexible felt can be cut and quilted into wraps. Shaped parts are fabricated to drawings or reference samples for equipment that flat board cannot follow.
Can packaging be customized?
Packaging, including bag format and pallet configuration, can be adjusted to the customer's handling and shipping requirements.
Can I request samples?
Sample requests are reviewed per product and project. Please describe your application in the enquiry form so we can advise on suitable sample material.
What technical documents are available?
Depending on the product, documentation such as chemical identification sheets, material safety data sheets, and catalog references may be available on request for a specific enquiry.
